The 7 steps of creation:

1. Brass Sourcing — Solid CuZn37 bars selected for their purity (>62% copper)
2. CNC Turning — Cylindrical machining, dimensional tolerance ±0.05 mm
3. End Rounding — Progressive mechanical polishing, angle removal
4. Drilling & Threading — Preparation of fixings, M4 central tapping
5. Preliminary Polishing — Grit 320 to 800, removal of machining marks
6. Manual Brushing — Satin finish applied on the lathe, oriented circular micro-scratches
7. Gold Treatment — Application of protective coating, controlled polymerization

Final quality control: Weighing (density verification), caliper measurement, visual inspection with magnifying glass, mechanical resistance test.
