Once your order has been processed, delivery takes 1 to 7 working days depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Depending on your location and the type of product, your parcel is entrusted to one of our trusted partners: DHL, Colissimo, DPD, UPS, ColisPrivé, FedEx.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse, ensuring fast and efficient delivery to your address.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on any order of €150 or more
- Orders under €150: delivery charges calculated at checkout according to the carrier and your location
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
